Niche maker Archos has released two new Tablet PC, Archos 80 and Archos 101 G9 models being among most inexpensive and performant devices of this kind on the market.
Even if the Archos is not a name with the weight on the telecom segment, the company was noted for affordable Tablet PCs released up until now, the last two models announced, coming up with the latest specifications and unbeatable price. Archos 80 model features a display of 8 inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and Archos 101 G9 one of 10.1 inches with 1280 × 800 pixels that runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb.
The rest of the specifications are common to both tablets, including dual-core processor at 1.5 GHz, 16 GB internal memory, 250 GB hard drive (a premiere for a Tablet PC), microSD slot, camera with HD video recording at 720 p, secondary camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Stereo, GPS, HDMI, a kickstand and a USB port. Archos 80 model will have a price of $ 279 and Archos 101 G9 will cost $ 349.
